3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Product prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) by default. Depending on your country or region, prices and payment options may be available in other currencies. The final currency and amount are as shown at checkout. Prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT) but exclude additional shipping fees, if any.

4. Delivery and Risk Transfer

4.1 Orders will be shipped within 5-15 business days after confirmation; actual time may vary by logistics.

2.1 Upon discovering any third party suspected of infringing "KAMOMO" brand and product intellectual property, our company reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to sending infringement warnings, filing administrative complaints, initiating civil lawsuits, or making criminal reports and seeking compensation for losses.

2.2 If you believe that KAMOMO’s intellectual property rights have been infringed, please report to us through the website contact form or our official email. We will investigate and handle the issue promptly.

 

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 If users voluntarily submit images, comments, suggestions, creations, etc. on the "KAMOMO" website, social media, or comment sections, users hereby grant KAMOMO and its affiliates a global, permanent, sublicensable, and free right to use. We have the right to use, edit, copy, and distribute such content for product promotion, marketing, and brand communication.

3.2 The user promises that the submitted content is original or has been authorized by the rights holder. If any legal dispute arises due to infringement of others’ rights, the user shall bear all related legal responsibilities.
